Why Use Human Growth Hormone

Written by Roger Bowman | Jan 25, 2017 8:17:47 PM

Maybe a better question could be; What is Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and what are its roles in the human body? In laymen’s terms, HGH is released from the anterior part of our pituitary gland up in our brain in which it then is transported down to the liver where much of its effect are mediated by stimulation of the liver and other tissues to produce and release insulin-like growth factors, primarily insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1). Both HGH and IGF-1 are often referenced to or talked about interchangeably.

HGH is vital for normal physical growth in children; its levels rise progressively during childhood and peak during the growth spurt that occurs in puberty. HGH stimulates protein synthesis and increases fat breakdown to provide the energy necessary for tissue growth, repair and maintenance. In short, HGH supports and strengthens bones and connective tissues; tendons, ligaments, skin, muscle and more.

Omnitrope is described as a recombinant Human Growth Hormone product indicated for long-term treatment of pediatric patients who have growth failure due to an inadequate secretion of endogenous growth hormone. And in our topic of discussion here, Omnitrope is also used for long-term replacement therapy in adults with Growth Hormone Deficiency of either childhood- or adult onset.

Put the Brakes on Father Time

Unfortunately, father time doesn’t stop for anyone and eventually breaks us all down. Sometimes this happens a bit pre-maturely much due to drops or insufficient production of HGH sooner that we like it to. This is known as adult onset growth hormone deficiency and is most noticeably seen (and felt) around the age of 40 in many men and women.

Common symptoms of growth hormone deficiency are as follows:

  • Muscle atrophy (shrinkage)
  • Loss of strength
  • Poor quality of sleep
  • Lack of energy and enthusiasm
  • Feelings of moodiness and exhaustion
  • Lack of sexual desire
  • Decrease in bone density
  • Harder to concentrate or pay attention

Loss of muscle, libido and strength, increased body fat, feelings of lethargy and injuries that are slow to heal are often accompanied with getting older and our bodies breaking down. Much of this is largely attributed to large drops in HGH. Both men and women alike have been the butt end of jokes over hormone deficiencies or changes that they go through during their lives, and even each month. This really isn’t a laughing matter.

These hormonal highs and lows often have damaging emotional effects, taking both men and women through periods of anger, frustration, helplessness, sadness, and more. As a matter of fact, most people who are diagnosed with HGH deficiency have reported feelings of depression and moodiness. Consequently, most of the same people go on to report that their depression disappears after treatment with Omnitrope HGH injections.

After introducing Omnitrope into their age management program, many report feelings of a positive outlook on life and improved mood after receiving this hormone replacement therapy. Just like a negative vibe or energy from someone, the new positive emotional well-being from a person receiving treatment can be contagious and affect all those around them!

Use of Omnitrope Has Been Shown to Improve Many Facets of Our Health Including:

  • Quality of Sleep
  • Younger, thicker looking skin
  • Strength of bones
  • Muscle and strength restoration (w/ some resistance training)
  • Modulation of cell proliferation and survival
  • Cardiac performances and vascular resistances
  • Immune Function
  • Glucose Metabolism
  • Fat Loss Efforts
  • Skin, Muscle, Hair and Connective Tissues

According to many experts in the field of age management and wellness, HGH replacement therapy can help to minimize or reverse many health concerns as well. Dr. Chein, who we can read him reciting his experience in an article in GQ magazine, tells how he reversed his angina, high blood pressure and high cholesterol back to normal after incorporating testosterone and HGH therapy programs into his wellness program.
